Using qualified and experienced occupational health professionals, we will:
- Assist you in the development and implementation of appropriate and effective sickness absence reduction policies, strategies and individual case management procedures
- Ensure prompt assessment and referral to appropriate qualified and experienced specialists who will identify, recommend and implement necessary remedial treatment and functional restoration programmes
- Monitor the progress of treatment to ensure rehabilitation and the earliest return to work
- Initiate and co-ordinate regular case conferences
- participating in multidisciplinary case management meetings regarding an employee’s absence, treatment, support and capability to work
- liaising with your management and HR/Personnel teams, the employee and their representatives
- by report, telephone or in person
- Provide you and your management team with regular statistical and progress reports on the effectiveness of absence reduction initiatives company-wide, and by individual case management summary
- Provide a telephone Help and Support Line
